Ordering
You can place your order in pages. You can also order by
phone +358 44 516 8880 or by e-mail info@hotrodhouse.fi .We
should have all the goods on pages in stock, but sometimes there can be error in
our stock, and therefor no product to deliver. In this case, we will return
payed money for this product, and order for this item will be cancelled. Unless
customer don´t want to change it something similar/pricerange. In this case we will contact you by
e-mail.
Paying
You can pay with
creditcard or trough Paypal. We use secured line and Verified by Visa and
MasterCard SecureCode.
You can also pay by bank transmission.
Shipping
Shipping costs; from letters
(weight under 500g) 6.50€ to 25.00€, (5kg). Don´t worry with shipping costs, program will calculate them for you, and you´ll know accurate amount before confirming. We use Finnish
postal service, and delivery takes about 5-12 days to arrive to
you.
Return
We are sorry,
but we cannot accept returns or product changes from international deliveries
due to their cost
Damaged goods
The packages can sometimes take quite a beating while on route.
Therefore you should inspect whether the goods are damaged right on the spot
while delivery company personnel are present. If the package is damaged and the
goods have been damaged, report the damage to the personnel immediately and then
